1. Information About Us
1.1 Snaplabzsg is a website managed by 28 Havens Pte. Ltd. a Singapore-registered company under the Business Registration Number 202449185N.
2. Your order status
2.1 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. How the Contract is formed between You and Us
3.1 Upon placing an online order, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging the receipt of your order.
3.2 Confirmation of all online orders is contingent upon receipt of full payment. You are required to make the full payment using the available payment option during the checkout process for your order(s).
4. Service Availability
4.1 Our rental service is exclusively intended for use by individuals, businesses, and companies residing in Singapore (referred to as "the Serviced Country"). We do not process orders from individuals, businesses, and companies located outside of the Serviced Country, unless delivery is within the Serviced Country and payment is made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
5. Ownership
5.1 All props, decorations, and equipment that are placed, arranged, and commissioned at the Client's site remain the property of SnapLabzsg
5.2 SnapLabzsg retains the right to retrieve all rented props, decorations, and equipment after they have been dismantled and decommissioned.
6. Payment Matters
6.2 Payments can be made via credit or debit cards
7. Cancellation Charge
7.1 SnapLabzsg reserves the authority to impose cancellation fees and provide a partial reimbursement from the overall invoice sum in case of a Client's order cancellation, as specified below:
7.1.1 Cancellation of booking (s) occurring within 14 days before the delivery date: No refund will be granted.
7.1.2 Cancellation of booking(s) from the 14th day onwards before the delivery date: A refund equivalent to 50% of the invoice amount will be facilitated.
8. Pilferage & Damage Charge
8.1 SnapLabzsg reserves the right to apply a 100% fee on contractual amount in the case of pilferage or damage to the equipment installed at the Client's site, subject to assessment of the incurred pilferage or damages.
9.1 Authentication
9.1.1 We utilize your personal information and cookies to authenticate your account and identify your logged-in status, simplifying your access to SnapLabzsg and providing you with the relevant experience and features.
9.2 Security, site and product integrity
9.2.1 We use cookies to help us remember your account.
9.3 Advertising, recommendations, insights, and measurement
9.3.1 We use personal data and cookies to help us show ads and relevant product and service recommendations that you may be interested in.

10 Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
10.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
10.2 You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
10.3 SnapLabzsg reserves the right to apply additional delivery charges and impose non-refundable order cancellations if faced with the following challenges:
a. Unprepared/Unnotified Restricted Access:
- Delivery locations requiring special arrangements, passes, or permits not communicated or arranged by the customer beforehand, resulting in extended delivery time.
b. Staircase Delivery:
- Delivery locations on upper floors accessible solely via staircase.
c. Unsuitable Elevator Size:
- Elevator sizes in high-rise buildings inadequate for delivering ordered items to upper floors.
d. Unsuitable Doorway Measurements:
- Doorways and walkways too small for delivering ordered items.
e. Parking and Permits:
- Parking permits necessary for the delivery vehicle to access the ordered items.
f. Unattended Deliveries:
- No on-site presence to receive the ordered items upon delivery.
g. Refusal of Delivery:
- Refusal of ordered items without a valid reason.
h. Installation Requirements:
- Installation work (such as hanging, tying, etc.) necessary for the successful setup of ordered items.
i. Weather Conditions:
- SnapLabzsg does not hold responsibility for the timely delivery of props and decorations to the designated location in case of adverse weather conditions.
11.7 SnapLabzsg retains the authority to impose supplementary collection fees in cases where the specified chosen timing is not adhered to.
11.7.1 Snaplabzsg allows a grace period of thirty (30) minutes for an extension without incurring additional charges on-site. Following this, any delays in collection will result in an additional charge of SGD200 per hour for each on-site manpower.
11. Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Contracts for the rental/purchase of Products through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
